is currently interviewing for a Bakery Manager at our Long Grove location.
2 Years of Baking Experience, 2 Years of Cake Decorating Experience and 2 Years of Management Experience REQUIRED.
Requirements also include:
Excellent supervisory, communication and customer service skills; Ability to oversee operations and staffing for the bakery department within a grocery store; Manage pastry making/baking, inventory and purchasing for the department; Monitor quality of goods and service within the bakery department; Responsible for the department staff training, assignments, and scheduling; Accountable for monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets; Must maintain proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control; High school diploma or its equivalent; Minimum 2 years' experience in bakery and ability to decorate cakes and pastries; Must be able to lift 50 pounds; Must be able to be exposed to temperatures:
90 degrees Fahrenheit.
